Acer Predator XB27OU QD-OLED monitor goes on sale at Best Buy

Best Buy lowered the price of the Acer Predator XB27OU to $329.99 on October 23, 2026. The retailer removed $50 from the previous price of the 27-inch gaming monitor. This reduction targets players considering a switch from IPS panels to OLED technology.

The device features a 26.5-inch QD-OLED panel. It displays a maximum resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. This QHD resolution aligns with mid-range graphics hardware. The display runs at a 240Hz refresh rate. It also has a gray-to-gray response time of 0.03ms.

These specifications reduce motion blur and ghosting in fast-paced titles. The screen supports AMD FreeSync Premium. This feature synchronizes the monitor refresh rate with the game frame rate. The connection prevents screen tearing during play.

Color accuracy is a key feature of the QD-OLED panel. The monitor covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It maintains a Delta E accuracy figure below 2. The display supports HDR10 and 10-bit color depth. These standards increase contrast and brightness levels compared to standard dynamic range.

The unit includes two HDMI 2.1 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port. These connections allow users to link a gaming PC and multiple game consoles. The monitor is available for purchase at Best Buy at the new price point.

Tom's Hardware noted that the resolution demands are manageable for mid-range graphics cards. The outlet described the discount as a practical entry point for modern display technology. Shoppers can find the product listed at the reduced cost in stores and online.
