Tickets to TechCrunch's Founder Summit 2026 in Boston are 25% off for a limited time, and the company is also running a buy-one-get-one offer that brings a colleague along free. The event runs November 4 at SoWa Power Station.

The schedule now includes six roundtables running from 10:45 a.m. to 2:35 p.m., each capped at small-group discussion where founders describe conditions inside their own companies and work through them with peers and experts. Topics span enterprise sales, vertical strategy, artificial intelligence, lean teams and building a category that does not yet exist.

Alexandra Ames, founder and chief event strategist at Blueprint Lab, opens the roundtable track at 10:45 a.m. with a session on how early-stage companies approach events strategically before they can afford a full-time events team, covering how to pick opportunities, define success and stretch limited resources.

Two sessions run side by side at 11:30 a.m. Chirag Shah, a partner at Define Ventures, addresses founders whose largest potential market is also the hardest to enter, including regulated industries and complex buyers. In the parallel session, Shishir Tewari, head of enterprise data engineering at Procore Technologies, discusses how knowledge graphs and GraphRAG can give AI systems stronger context and make them more reliable in real-world organizations.

The afternoon opens at 1:15 p.m. with Merve Kitapci, managing partner and CGO of ADIN.AI, whose session is framed around closing L'Oreal and Vofile before a Series A, covering long buying cycles, multiple stakeholders and the credibility a prominent customer logo can bring. At 1:55 p.m., Andy Tang, a partner at Draper Associates, leads a discussion for founders whose products do not fit an established category, including how to explain and sell them and how to help investors grasp the opportunity. The final roundtable, at 2:35 p.m., features Linden Tibbets, CEO and founder of IFTTT, examining how smaller teams can use AI to raise speed and output without simply adding headcount, with attention to hiring, efficiency and how to structure an AI-enabled company.

Beyond the roundtables, sessions on the Build and Impact Stages cover product-market fit, hiring, founder leadership, fundraising, pitching and building companies outside the Bay Area. Toast co-founder Steve Fredette is among the leaders set to speak, followed by a live competition called "So You Think You Can Pitch?" A Networking Lounge with Braindate and a closing reception presented by Fidelity Private Shares round out the day.
