The No. 16 small forward in the SCNext 100 class of 2026 has an agent. Arkansas true freshman Abdou Toure signed with Mainstay Sports Agency on Wednesday. The new firm belongs to Rod Wave, the rapper born Rodarius Macell Green.

Green said his team identified Toure during a review of high school film. Green watched the footage and contacted the player directly. Toure had previously played for the BABC (MA) AAU program in high school. He averaged 15.4 points and 5.1 rebounds per game during his final summer season with that team.

"I believe he's a superstar talent, and a superstar person," Green told ESPN. "I love his family, and he trusts and believes in me the same as I believe in him. I take that seriously, it's an honor."

Toure committed to the Razorbacks in October 2025. He cited head coach John Calipari's track record as the primary reason for choosing Fayetteville over other options. The guard viewed the signing with Wave as a logical step because the rapper operates with the same direct communication style he prefers.

"He was honest from Day 1 with me," Toure said. "He also understood the family and trust part, which is extremely important to me and wanting to grow and learn things from each other."

Green described Toure as a quiet leader who lets his performance define his value. He noted that Toure is aggressive when the moment requires it but remains disciplined otherwise. "On the court he's a dog, though," Green added. "He always seems to let the game come to him, but he knows when it's time to make the big play and he's not scared to. He's a highlight reel."

Arkansas begins its regular season play on Tuesday. The Razorbacks host Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 8 p.m. ET. The game will air on SEC Network+.
