Mötley Crüe will return to Las Vegas for a fourth residency, but the group plans to shift control of the setlist to the audience. The band announced that fans will choose which tracks are performed, including songs the group has not played on stage in decades. This approach marks a departure from their previous tours.

The performance, titled “Carnival of Sins in Sin City,” is scheduled for eight nights at The Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace. Shows will run from March 19, 2027, through April 3, 2027. It is the band’s fourth time performing a residency on the Las Vegas Strip.

Bassist Nikki Sixx explained that the new show reinvents a concept from a tour held over 20 years ago. He noted that the band used new technology to create a different visual experience. “We did the ‘Carnival of Sins Tour’ over 20 years ago, and to celebrate that we reinvented it with new technology, a new way of looking at it,” Sixx said.

Drummer Tommy Lee confirmed that fans selected a portion of the songs for the new set. He said the audience had a hand in reenacting the material. “We’ve let our fans pick a bunch of songs that we haven’t played in forever. And so they sort of had a hand in reinventing, reenacting the ‘Carnival of Sins!,” Lee said.

The band has previously completed three residencies in Las Vegas, including sold-out runs. Sixx described the group’s ongoing presence in the city as a core part of their identity. “That’s our mission in life,” he said. Lee added that the group constantly looks for the next project after finishing the previous one.

Lee emphasized that Las Vegas allows the band to build a specific type of live experience. He observed that the audience in the city is multi-generational, including children, teenagers, and adults. The band has been active in rock music for more than four decades.
